Our foundation was named Nuh Çimento Industrial Foundation in Memorandum of Association but in 2003 we changed its name as to be NUH ÇİMENTO EDUCATION AND HEALTH FOUNDATION; it was founded by registration with the court award of Körfez Court of First Instance in 1994.

Büyütmek için tıklayınız...NUH ÇİMENTO EDUCATION AND HEALTH FOUNDATION was founded being awake to the fact of that any support to be given to the government in the matters of Education and Health is of great importance, and it was involved in many activities in line with its purpose from the date of foundation; our activities in the field of education and health have continued by rendering more services and realizing major projects every year.

Apart from the aids provided to the schools and health institutes in line with the purpose of the foundation, the projects purposing to leave permanent have also been implemented and so very important services have been realized shortly. Büyütmek için tıklayınız...

NUH ÇİMENTO MOUTH AND TOOTH MEDICAL CARE CENTER is our most impor tant permanent work in the field of Health, utilized as the Dental Care Center depending on İzmit State Hospital and it has a 112 Emergency Unit inside; it was have built by our foundation in Uzunçiftlik Town and donated to the Ministry of Health in 1998.

Another important work of us is Burn Unit having had built by ourBüyütmek için tıklayınız... Foundation in the first months of 2009 for the purpose to meet requirement of Province Kocaeli, an industrial City and donated to Kocaeli University Medical Faculty.

Along with the permanen works we performed in the field of health, the needs of individuals and medical institutions are met by our foundation as much as possible. 

In the field of education,many permanent works have had been performed by our Foundation and have been donated to the Ministry of Public Education and the relevant institutions.

Before establishment of our foundation,Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş. has hadBüyütmek için tıklayınız... constructed Nuh Çimento Technical High School, Industrial Vocational High Schooland Marine Anatolian Vocational High School in Hereke/Kocaeli with 20 classrooms, 12 labs and 8 workshops (1988) and Nuh Çimento Elemen tary and Secondary School with 12 classrooms (1973) and Çerkeşli Nuh Çimento İlköğretim Okulu in Kocaeli/Gebze with 8 classrooms (1990), additionally our foundation has had constructed  Nuh Çimento Vatan Elementary and Secondary School in Kocaeli Hereke’de with 11 class rooms (2003), 80.Yıl Nuh Çimento High School in İstanbul/Pendik - Esenyalı with 24 classrooms Büyütmek için tıklayınız... (2003),in Kocaeli/İzmit with 33 classrooms which is exceptionally modern (2007), as well as Nuh Çimento Eleman tary and Secondary School Nuh Çimento Prof. Dr.Baki Komsuoğlu Vocational Higher School of Kocaeli University.

Kocaeli/Uzunçiftlik which has provided education in Welding and Public Relations (2009).Two further projects are still in progress and will be put into effect shortly. One of them shall be İzmit Nuh Çimento Special Education School in Kocaeli which will meet a significant need and is to be utilized by the mentally disabled students. It is planned to start in the school year of 2010 -2011.

Another Project which is still in progress is following; a protocol was signed between our foundation and Kocaeli Governorship for demolishing the Elementary and Secondary School having constructed by Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş in Hereke, Kocaeli in 1973 and constructing a new modern Elementary and Secondary School with 26 classrooms, it is planned to complete in 2011.

Along with leaving permanent works in the field of education the needs of the other schools in that region can be met by our foundation as much as possible. Our foundation has continued to financially support the students granting scholarship to averagely 700 – 750 students in each education term from the date of foundation till today.

All in come of our foundation is composed of the dividend share retained according to the Articles of Association of Nuh Çimento Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, and tax exemption was granted to our foundation pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Ministry in 1999.
