Sustainability Management Structure <\/strong><\/h2>\n

With the vision drawn by our CEO in order to keep pace with the rapidly changing world and the new world order, we redesigned and restructured our sustainability activities with the Sustainability Committee, chaired by our General Manager and established in 2021. The structure, which previously reported to our General Manager, started to work directly under the CEO and the Board of Directors through our General Manager, who is also the Chairman of the Sustainability Committee.<\/p>\n

By establishing the Monitoring and Reporting Unit and Integrated Annual Report Preparation Committee structure reporting to the Chairman of the Sustainability Committee, we aimed to ensure that our activities are carried out in line with our vision. The Integrated Annual Report Preparation Committee, which consists of managers from the Environment and Sustainability, Human Resources and Finance departments, and our Environment and Sustainability Manager, responsible for performance monitoring and reporting, lead six working groups that develop projects for our focus areas. Details on these six working groups and the topics that constitute their agenda are presented in the diagram below. Within the scope of monitoring and reporting, we organise regular meetings with the working groups on a monthly basis and hold two meetings a year within the scope of the integrated annual report.<\/p>\n

We follow up all our sustainability targets included in our report and support our corporate goals with this team and regularly report the developments related to our performance to our General Manager at least twice a year.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\"\"<\/p>\n
